Alcohol ink tends to flake off ceramic tile if it is not sealed. You can add alcohol inks on tiles and let them dry or light them with a lighter. Tile painting is popular because tiles are smooth and non porous allowing the inks to flow beautifully. I was disappointed when i used krylon uv resistant gloss and it changed the colours of one tile and added little white blotches to another.

Looks like it s snowing on 1 3 of the tile. I just dropped a few spots of ink along with a few drops of alcohol blending solution onto my ceramic saucer and used my straw to blow the ink around. Pour some rubbing alcohol into a small jar and use the paint brush to dab the alcohol all over the shiny surface of the ceramic tile.
